What are your rates?

Every service is different, some may be a simple 30-minute service and others full or half days services. There is no set rate for any given service as parts costs from suppliers differ, a service in our local area is different to a service located 50kms away and services on a public holiday or weekend differ to the normal rates.

Can you service my rural area?

Yes, we service all rural areas and we will provide you with an upfront call-out fee depending on the distance from our home base.

Do you stock PC compontents?

No, we only purchase necessary components specific to the job requirements. Sometimes parts have to come from Melbourne but we will do our best to source local parts and components for all our services.

Do you provide after hours services?

Yes, we understand the need for after hours services and we provide repairs and maintenance services for all businesses and homes 7 days a week up to 9pm. Please call us to discuss your after hours requirements.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, credit card and bank transfers.

Credit card payments have a 3% service fee. All payments are due on completion of service.
